What are Cohorts?
Everyone loves to talk about their passion! Sharpen your skills and grow with like-minded peers who can help encourage you in your ministry. We have cohorts for worship leaders, youth & kids worship, production managers, communications directors, and more!
How often does a Cohort meet?
Cohorts are encouraged to meet 3 times per year online for 45 minutes with one of those times being in person. (we recommend coming to Alliance Worship Conference and hanging there for your in person cohort).
What do we talk about in a Cohort?
Cohorts are structured to for everyone to share to 1 thing you are encouraged by in your ministry, 1 thing you are working on in your ministry, and 1 way your cohort can be praying for you in the upcoming season. Cohort members are encouraged to give feedback on their experience with similar situations in ministry as well as pray for their fellow co-hortees.
What are other benefits to being in a Cohort?
Making new friends and finding peers who are passionate about the same things as you are is the greatest benefit! However, you’ll also receive 20% off Alliance Worship Conference, Songwriting Camps, and other AW events.
How to I find a Cohort for me?
First, fill out the Cohort sign up form above. We will be in contact with you within a week, we hope to connect you with a cohort in your district or area of ministry within 30 days.
